Great recipe. I followed to a T except baked in 6 ramekins rather than 8x8 pan. Lovely, delicious individual desserts.

This cake is fast becoming our family favorite..! It is decadent and luxurious on a Sunday evening... Yet light enough to not feel sugar-sick. Really such a wonderful and well-liked dessert!

So I followed the directions exact. I put a T. Sp of vinegar in cause not sure what 4 drops equal, the egg whites and vinegar did not thicken up but did whisk into a creamy texture. The dessert came out perfect, though not jelly, which I was fine with. Great by itself or put a drizzle on it. Will make again!
