Ingredients
- 150 grams Camargue rice
- olive oil
- 1 chicken (cut into small cubes)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 medium zucchini (sliced)
- curry (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Cook the rice in salted boiling water.
- Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add the chicken and onion, and saute until golden brown.
- Add the zucchini. Once cooked, add the curry.
- Mix and adjust seasoning. Serve the curry over the rice.
