The Chicken Macaroni casserole was a favorite of my husband! Since there are two of us now, I cut the recipe in 1/2 and it held up very well. It will feed 4 normal eaters, if served with a salad. . I cut back on the cheese slightly and salt. It was a good comfort dish, will cook again.
