This recipe for macaroni and cheese uses evaporated milk and cheddar cheese to create the classic creamy cheese sauce. Lightly seasoned with nutmeg and oregano, the warmth and comfort of this dish will permeate every inch of your body and your kids will thank you!

Ingredients

280 grams pasta (macaroni)
300 grams cheddar cheese (grated)
500 milliliters evaporated milk
2 eggs
ground nutmeg
salt
ground black pepper
oregano

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Boil the macaroni until al dente.
3Drain and set aside.
4In a bowl, add the cheese, evaporated milk, eggs, and nutmeg.
5Beat together.
6Then add the salt and pepper to taste and beat again.
7Pour the pasta into a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce on top. Stir everything together and sprinkle dried oregano on top.
8Bake 15 minutes until the pasta is golden and the sauce is bubbly.
