Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Johnsonville® Original Summer Sausage (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 16 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain, rinse in cold water and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the macaroni, summer sausage, cheese, peas and celery; toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate until serving.
