I LOVE THIS RECIPE ! It has become a go-to cake for special occasions, and I have had success making modifications for people who can't eat eggs. I double the recipe and put lemon curd between the layers. I have also tried adding ginger and putting mango and strawberries on top with a mango glaze ... <3 Make this cake, you will have no regrets <3
