    If you can't find fresh lilikoi (hard to find in my area), you may be able to find frozen lilikoi concentrate. I've made it both ways, and both versions were delicious. Reduce the gelatin to just one packet. If not, it will be too rubbery. Also, reduce the sugar to ½ cup unless you like it VERY sweet. Other than that, it is a great recipe and makes a very creamy pie. Homemade crust would make this taste even better.
