Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (unpeeled)
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
  • salt
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • English mustard (ground, to taste)
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • garlic shoots (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. 1Grate unpeeled cucumber into a glass dish, and cut remaining cucumber into slices, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes to extract the water from cucumber.
  2. 2Then, add the yogurt, and re-season with salt if necessary
  3. 3Add a pinch of ground English mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. 4Cover with garlic sprouts, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. 5Refrigerate until serving.
