Ingredients

  • 8 3/4 ounces small pasta
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 10 1/2 ounces lima beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 3 1/2 ounces peppers (roasted, drained and chopped)
  • 8 3/4 ounces cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 3 1/2 ounces ham (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 ounces green beans (baby, chopped)
  • 1 ounce parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente then drain. Rinse under cold water then drain. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and season.
