    There is too much applesauce in this recipe. It just taste like applesauce with a few oats.

    The texture was fine, but they were pretty flavorless. They would have benefited from salt.

    Great simple recipe! I wasn't sure how many this would make, but I divided the mixed ingredients between 6 muffin cups, and it worked great. I also added a 1/8 tsp of cinnamon.
