- 5 meringue (lightly crushed)
- 3 ounces frozen mixed berries (thawed)
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla pudding
- 1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts (roughly)
- In a large bowl, combine crushed meringues, berries, yogurt and pudding. Spoon mixture evenly into 4 serving glasses. Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Serve immediately.
