So very yummy! Can't believe how low the fat & calories are. I added some chopped cilantro and green onions with a dollop of nonfat Greek yogurt just before serving. Absolutely making this again!

This is a wonderful, healthy, and easy meal to prepare. We loved it on a cold winter day and will definitely be making it again soon.

I have fixed this several times and my family loves it. 100%. I followed the recipe all the way. My husband almost ate the whole pot in one day. The flavors are amazing. Hubby ask me to fix it again tonight for Dinner. This is great for our household because we workout and watch what we eat.
