Ingredients include melted chocolate, plain light yogurt, sugar, flour, powder chocolate, baking soda, and water. Bring these dreamy and creamy desserts to the next office party, backyard barbecue, holiday luncheon, or birthday celebration and the whole crowd will be begging for the recipe.

Ingredients

1/2 cup melted chocolate (slightly cooled)
1 cup plain yogurt (light)
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup water

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180C.
2Mix the melted chocolate, yogurt, and sugar in a bowl.
3Sift the sugar, flour, chocolate powder, and baking soda in a bowl, then mix it together with the chocolate and yogurt mixture.
4Add water to the mixture and continue mixing.
5Once everything is completely mixed pour the mixture into a medium sized baking tray .
6Place the tray into the oven and let the mixture bake until the center is firm. You may check whether it’s ready by sticking a toothpick into the center of the brownie.
7Remove the tray from the oven, let it cool off for a few minutes and then serve.
