I liked it. It was a bit sticky to put into to waffle iron. I put too much batter for my first two, and I had quite a bit of extra dough spilling out. I was surprised that they tasted so good without sweetener added.

I subbed cottage cheese for ricotta and they are amazing!!! They are fluffy yet light and very filling. Will be making these again!

if you are looking for nice white waffles like mom or you yourself used to make, these are not it! Ok with that being said they are good enough to say yuppie i get a low carb waffle which i haven't had since........being a diabetic i enjoy somethings that are somewhat like i use enjoy in my pre-diabetic life.
