  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning (dried)

  • 1 cup grated mozzarella (coarsely, or more; I used reduced-fat Mozzarella)
  • 1 cup sour cream (regular or light but do not use fat-free which has added sugar)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning (dried)
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella (I used reduced-fat Mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (coarsely)
