I only had two eggs and didn’t add onions because my son doesn’t like them. It still turned out delicious

Great! I didn’t have all the exact ingredients so improvised, yet it was delicious

This was better heated up the next day. Topped it with salsa, sour cream and crushed tortilla chips. Definitely needed the crunch factor.

It is awesome, This is the second time that I have made this. My wife was working late so I made dinner tonight. My 23 yr old had 4 pieces of this. I used hot salsa so it was a little hotter but we like heat.

Turned out really good. Same as others, it did not taste eggy. I left out hot sauce & added a little more salsa. I also left out Jalapeno. I didn't want it too hot just favorable. Good salsa & taco seasoning gave it good flavor. I'd make this again.

Really good! I was very hesitant because after assembly, it looks like a gross layer of eggs. Once cooked, we didn’t even notice the eggs. Zero eggy taste! Even my toddler gobbled it up.
Jordan McCormick 6 Dec 2018
Tasted great! I used half of a chopped onion instead. Served with sour cream and Cholula. Only thing I will do differently next time is adding some vegetables for crunch and that fresh taste. Perhaps shredded lettuce, tomatoes, fresh jalapeño, and a little onion?
