I followed the list almost exactly except I used two cups of mexican shredded cheese and added one packet of taco seasoning. I will definitely make again! Everyone loved it. I might add some green peppers next time though!

yummy recipe with a few modifications. refried beans are black beans with lime. added taco seasonjng to ground beef and a small can of green chiles. also can of sliced black olives to the top.

So yummy and easy to make. I put the beans, plus added veggies, into the mince mixture, then layered the salsa, sour cream, cheese, and spring onion on top. I think there was a bit too much liquid after baking, but likely due to the veggies. I served with extra sour cream and avocado (plus some corn chips for my carb-loving partner).

this was awesome i replaced the ground beef with ground turkey and the sour cream with greek yogurt to lower the calories!!
