    These were delicious! I made some minor changes to suit our taste and increased baking time due to gooey centers. I used salted butter, increased vanilla to 1 tsp, and rolled in mixture of powdered Swerve and cinnamon. Used a medium cookie scoop and baked for 14 min. Perfection! Light and fluffy!
