    These cook quick! The waffle maker beeped in less than half the time of "normal" waffles. They are extremely light...very airy. I actually used chocolate protein powder and was hoping for something that was more desserty. While a tad dry (I didn't spray anything on the waffle maker beforehand), they had a nice hint of chocolate.
