Prep work takes a little longer than I thought. However these are worth it.

Little bit more prep involved than I typically like, but what a satisfying dish! Don't skip the cilantro or ginger, they send it over the top :) also the dipping sauce is a must. Add more soy sauce if you like it less spicy. I shortcuted prepping the cabbage by placing the leaves on a microwave safe dish with an inch of water & microwaved 5 mins.
