I did not have oat bran, not even sure where to buy it. Since, the recipe said it was optional, I tried it without; however, I found the "batter" very loose, sort of runny. I went ahead with it, but it didn't look like the picture and was not firm especially in the middle. I may try it again with only 2 eggs. Please advise.

Enjoyed this pizza crust with a bit of garlic. I made it with the 3 eggs and it tuned out good.

Turns out great this is our go to pizza crust even the kids like it
This pizza crust tastes super! I agree on having 2 eggs only for the recipe. I have to add quite a lot of almond flour if I use 3 eggs..

Turned out great! Reduced to two eggs and added some grated parmasean to the dough. Crispy around the edges only. Will try baking a little longer next time.

It was really good! I added about a teaspoon and a half of red pepper flakes because I like it spicy and it turned out amazing! Also added garlic powder (1/2 tsp).

Wasn’t bad but was a pain to get off the foil. Maybe try parchment paper?

Turned out well but I would recommend using foil in the oven so it comes out crispier
