It turned out better than I expected. Consistency is pretty good. Taste awesome with sugar free syrup.

Pancakes were easy to handle compared to other recipes. Taste I did not enjoy as I don't use syrup maybe with the addition of syrup the taste would be more pleasant. Texture I would compare to a crepe.
