Absolutely delicious! Have made them a few times and just add some spices into the almond flour

Just made these and turned out awesome. We mixed the dough by hand and didn’t have any problems. We did half with the “everything” bagel topping and half topped with Asiago cheese, we liked the cheese better. Next time I would definitely double the recipe to make bigger bagels as I thought these were a little to small and thin. Will be making again soon!

These are good! Not quite like a real bagel, but close enough to make me feel like I'm not missing too much. They were pretty easy to make as well, as long as you have everything prepared ahead of time.
