Awesome, I had to improvise since I was out of cauliflower. I made with chopped turnips. Topped with triple pepper cheese. I love spicy .

My husband and I loved this Ground Beef Stroganoff. The only changes I would make would be to use only one pound of ground beef and add a sweet pepper (cook with the onion). I would also use less mayo and sour cream. This is a great way to use cauliflower rice.

This turns out awesome! And it actually tastes better leftover. Will be making this again for sure!
