    Very good and I'm a carb freak that hasn't had bread now for a month.The bread is soft so pat dry juicy burger and go easy on toppings. i dipped my burger the little ketchup i used. Paired with delicious oven roasted then dried string bean fries.

    mine came out more fluffy then this picture shows. but it worked perfect for a bun. i will make it again.

    I just made these and I really did like them. They are light and airy. Almost like an eclair! It would be nice if they were a little more "filling" or "dense" but its a great component to use for a sandwich. Since they are so low in carbs I may even try to use a whole one as one slice of bread for grilled cheese, french toast or as a sturdier bun for a burger! Great recipe! Thanks
