- 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes (do not use petite dice)
- 5 Italian turkey sausage (links, 19.5 oz. uncooked, I used my favorite turkey Italian sausage; use pork sausage if you prefer.)
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- ground pepper
- 12 ounces fresh mushrooms (washed and cut into thick slices, I used brown Cremini mushrooms.)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (I used part-skim mozzarella)
- 15 slices pepperoni (cut in half, I used regular pepperoni, but for less fat you can use turkey pepperoni if you prefer)

I added more seasonings and garlic salt. also, added onions and garlic to mushrooms and sliced olives on topping. put sliced zucchini on bottom under meat and a little spaghetti sauce under zucchini. I did half diced tomatoes and half spaghetti sauce. it turned out great with these modifications.

Loved it. Will change the tomatoes to some other tomato alternative because of the canned tomato taste. Otherwise satisfied my pizza craving on a keto diet!

I really loved this dish! It was very yummy! I think next time I may try some zucchini as crust because it crumbled when I cut it to serve. Other than that, it really satisfied my pizza craving!

This was excellent! Served it with a small salad and it made a satisfying meal with very few carbs. I cut a few calories by using half sausage and half hamburger. Will definitely make again.

It was very good but I tweaked it a bit. I thought that using canned tomatoes wouldn’t be very pizza like. Instead, I used pizza sauce and in addition, freshly chopped tomato. I also added extra veggies to make it “the works”

I actually made this as a way to sneak extra veggies to my kids, so I didn't care much about whether it was low carb. I added peppers and onions. Skipped the pepperoni. Overall, it was 3 thumbs up and 1 (meh) sideways thumb. I'll definitely make it again though. I had seconds. However, I didn't love the canned tomato flavor. I'd probably use a little pizza sauce instead. Again, not worried about the carb thing - not sure if pizza sauce would change that. Served it with salad and garlic bread. Still healthier and cheaper than ordering pizza!

Fantastic!!! My husband ate his all week cold even and absolutely enjoyed it!!! Going to modify mozzarella for ricotta and see if it drops the moisture content down when reheated... otherwise it's soupy and I already subbed the meat for chicken sausage equal amounts hot and sweet was absolutely delicious! I also doubled up the diced tomatoes... I'm a tomato junkie can't help it. Wanted to use cremini mushrooms but got stuck with using white still 100% delicious... I loathe portabello.

Cooked it 25 minutes. That was a tad too long. Give it 20 minutes at 400. Yummy!

We actually used pineapple sausage and added red pepper flakes for the heat. Next time, I'll use more red pepper flakes--the spice didn't quite distribute like I wanted. I might add some onions as well. Overall, delicious, but not exactly mind-blowing.
