  • 26 ounces frozen mixed vegetables (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley (or fresh)

Following the directions to a T, this recipe was ok. I thought you could taste that the veggies were frozen. So, I covered it up by adding chopped ham, Italian seasoning and shredded cheese, after that it's a perfect 5! Next time, I won't use frozen veggies. Will definitely make this again
