It came out pretty good! The egg mixture on top was kind of weird at first, but I put some salsa on top and it was much better! Next time I may do it as a breakfast dish with sausage instead.

I made this for my 8 year old son and myself, neither of us liked it at all. I mean, its edible, but I definitely won't make it again. It almost put me in mind of a breakfast chicken omelet. Yuck.

This was surprisingly tasty. The only things I changed because my family asked me to was I added more chicken and cheese, also I cooked it a little longer because it was weirding me out that the egg mixture wasn’t setting. Still, not bad.
