Pretty good, gives a good rice texture but but still not very flavorful. Better than plain cauliflower rice.

YUMMY! I followed directions except I had leftover teriyaki marinated shishkabobs (chicken, zucchini, red/green bell peppers) which I chopped up and added. This not only added flavor but great color. One of the best easy to make healthy dishes which I will make often. This is a very adaptable dish you can make with different items to change it up.

Very light and yummly. I would say it is better as a side dish rather than a main, which is what I did this time. Will definitely make it again as a side.

Turned out perfect, so nice. This was my first attempt of this recipe. I cooked it as per the recipe, but I am sure that you could add bacon, fried egg pieces for additional flavours.

Easy, quick and delicious!! I used my food processor for the cauliflower to make the process even faster. I love how you don't have to go through all the steps of squeezing out excess water with this recipe- from processor/grater straight to frying pan!!

This is actually better than rice! I make it 3 or 4 times a week! You can add anything you want and have a different side dish everytime!

It does need more flavor but I use a variation as a low carb go to substitute for rice. I use a little lemon juice, salt, pepper and 3 cloves finely minced garlic. Sometimes I will throw in a little fresh herbs or a little sundried tomato if I have anything left over from my main dish. I also use Trader Joe's riced cauliflower which cuts my prep time to almost nothing.

Very good recipe, made it many times with variations and since I like shortcuts I just use a food processor and blitz to desired consistency - so much easier! Just a few pulses and done.

It was a huge mess making it (grate the cauliflower over the sink if possible) and it generally needed a lot more flavor. But I thought it was ok for a healthy side option. I will make this again with added spices to see if it turns out better, and I will update review if I had good results.

The rice was great! I will use it as a rice substitute for regular rice. I also added lemon juice to the rice to add flavor.

We didn't like this at all. Might have been better without the cumin. However, we are not big cauliflower fans. So that very well could be the problem.

I made this for my parents for dinner last week. It was very good and they loved it. I think I would add something like sugar snap peas for color and added flavor. This will make it onto my permanent list.
