It's was very good. I'm not sure why it was bake on parchment paper. I just wonder if it would have come out crisper if directly on pizza stone. I will try it next time. Because it is worth making again.

I have to wonder...if I am too lazy to wring the Riced cauliflower- is that why our pizza crust was a bit mushy? How do you wring out all that cauliflower? It was still yummy, just wish it’d been crunchier.

The crust was pretty messy to make and took longer than expected. I ended up only keeping it in the oven for about 10 minutes, but it was surprisingly very good. I’ve been eating healthier and I’ve never been a fan of cauliflower, but I could barely taste it at all in this. I was very happy with the ending result. Great recipe!

My husband and i enjoyed this. I used italian blend cheese, and added extra italian seasoning in the crust. Topped with pepperoni, banana peppers and fresh spinach.

I liked it! Would recommend trying to keep crust thin so it's crispier. Adding garlic to crust made it a bit tastier.

Very good ! Crust takes a little longer than I expected but it was a worth it in the end. Yummy and big enough size pizza to share . I recommend it !

Tasted great! I added tomato paste, tomato, red onion and mozzarella and it tasted beautiful! I think I'll try it with a bbq sauce base next time

The crust took a little longer to prepare than expected, but so worth it! It's a great meal for the weekend. I used white sauce instead of red, and I will make it again the same way.
