I used two egg whites and I found this made a very thick batter. The Next time i added 4 egg whites and two tablespoons of almond milk. I added cinnamon to the badder. Was hearty and very filling.

These were excellent, although the batter was quite runny (wondering if the recipe should have more oats or less egg-whites?). I topped them off with sliced bananas and I put a few semi-sweet chocolate chips in half of them. All in all, will make them again.
