we prepped ours the night before and put in the toaster oven when we woke up. it was ready after shower time was over. tasted good. i used red pepper flakes instead of peppers for flavor. next time i am going to try sausage.

The bacon burnt, and it was kind of unfulfilling. But then again, I skipped the egg whites and simply used 3 eggs, so take my review with a grain of salt.

Big hit..I used fresh spinach instead of frozen.
I added hash browns on the bottom and turkey sausage sub for bacon on my husbands mine uses Diaya cheese

Great recipe which was made in 2 Q pan. Will double for larger 9x13 pan and larger crowd. Everyone appreciated “lighter than quiche” dish. A repeat.
