    It turned out alright. I used ground almonds from my food processor so it was pretty grainy which I had to get used to. I added some cinnamon and honey for flavor. For the next batch I’ll try with almond flour, and hopefully that will be a finer texture. Still delicious with some honey drizzled on top and chopped bananas :)

    What a refreshing twist to a traditional pancake. I made the lightly sweetened version- was hearty and yummy. (Gluten-free was not a factor in my family- simply loved the taste)
