  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (preferably cayenne)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon seafood (seasonings)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups green bell peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery (finely)
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 3 cups crumbled cornbread (finely)

    Directions

    1. Combine the seasoning mix ingredients in a small bowl; set aside
    2. In a large skillet melt the butter over high heat. Add the bell peppers, celery and onions and saute about 2 minutes., stirring occasionally.
    3. Add the seasoning mix and saute about 4 minutes mores, stirring occasionally.
