After maki g this recipe, I thought there was too much butter and my pancakes tasted mostly of butter. Next time will use much less.

These pancakes are absolutely delicious! I often use yogurt mixed with milk (described in the recipe) instead of actual buttermilk. I have also experimented with adding different fruit to the batter (mashed bananas, sliced apples, blueberries) and it turned out excellent every time.

Just made them following the recipe EXCEPT I used only 1 tsp of Kosher salt instead of the 1 1/2tsp. Fluffy and delicate. Flavor was very good except there was a slight baking soda flavor/texture to it. Nothing too overwhelming or overpowering. Would definitely make it again and use 1/2 tsp of the baking soda instead of the whole tsp asked for in the recipe.

These are the best pancakes I have ever made! We loved them! Definitely buttery, but so good!

I made these pancakes today with wheat meal instead of regular,topped them with fresh peaches,and homemade honey syrup. It was a delicious healthy alternative. I also used only 4Tbls of butter because I thought 10 was too much. They turned out great! Will make them again!

This is the best pancake recipe, and I'm picky. It always comes out so fluffy, and it's not overly sweet.

Love it... so soft and fluffy. My daughter is very fussy about her pancakes and this one she just gobbled it up. Easy than beating eggs whites separately. Definitely going to be our usual pancake mix

The recipe as written is too salty by 1/2 to 1/4 teaspoon. Otherwise, good height, texture. I cut salt by 1/2 teaspoon, tasted great

They turned out pretty flat but I'm chalking that up to user error. They were also fairly salty even when following word for word so I'd cut back a tiny bit unless you like salty pancakes.

I've tried several different pancake recipes and this one has been the best, by far. The pancakes are fluffy and thick. My kids love them and they are super easy to whip together!
