    Very very good! My husband is not a fan of salads, especially without loads of ranch on top of romaine. I made this and at first he was hesitant because I topped it with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Once he took a couple of bites he was hooked. He devoured it. I loved it too.

    Really great! I used an olive oil/balsalmic vinaigrette dressing. The hardest part was caramelizing the onions since I had not done that before. It took me a few attempts to not burn them.

    It turned out great, but as a beginner, I had to learn how to caramelize the onions. Instead of bacon, I topped the salad with sirloin tips. The cheese gave the salad a extra taste.

    Fantastic! I added cranberries eliminated avocado and used the left over bacon grease as a topper!

    Very good. A bit heavy with Oil, bacon, avacado, nuts all being "fats", I'd like to try substituting the avacado with pear, and maybe cut the bacon in half. Very tasty salad all the same ♥️

    I'm not a huge fan of this salad, but my dad is absolutely in love with it! it's healthy, but I feel like the cheese and bacon cover up the fact that it is healthy. it takes a little while to make but definitely worth it. I normally don't put avocado in it and it tastes just find!

    Great taste! I prepared this recipe a few times and loved the way the textures and flavors blended together. I also substituted raw red onions and also found that pecans (the salad topping ones) are a great substitute for bacon (but even better with both).
