I used chicken thighs instead of breasts because I prefer a juicier meat. I also used the Mexican cheese and a monterrey jack cheese.

I precooked the potatoes and chicken and follow the rest of the recipe only baking 15 minutes to warm everything and to melt the cheese. It was perfect and the family loved it. I will do it again.

Very yummy! Great flavor! Very easy to make! Everybody loved it! Next time I will add more mayo or cream cheese, it was a little dry for me. I recommend serving it with sour cream too!

it was really good. i read the reviews beforehand, so I tweaked the recipe a little. I boiled my diced potatoes for about 5 minutes before i put the mixture together. Also, I added a Ranch seasoning pack, dill weed, yellow onions, some cheese and about 1/2 a cup of mayo. turned out great! chickrn was tender and flavorful. I will be making this again!

Not good, not bad. To me it's a bit flavorless.. Not enough mayo (and i did add more), not enough spices Think it would be much better with fresh garlic, fresh cilantro, maybe some ranch sauce.. I think you should definitely feel free to add some flavor!

Flavor is great .....I did add some sour cream and increased mayo amount....glad I did or it would of been a bit dry. Green chilies would of been a good addition.... too !! Would be a great dish for taking to a sick friend to make them smile !

Very easy to make ahead threw it in oven then added marble cheese (had no Mexican) and bacon bits and chives from garden (no green onion) VERY good that’s a keeper, thanks!!

I love this recipe!!!! My family loved it also!! But i added Montreal chicken Seasoning, garlic salt, season salt, onion powder to this recipe. I also cut out the hot sauce and added fresh garlic, jalapeno's and Hatch green chillies to this recipe. Toped it off with cilantro, green chillies and Jalapeno's!!! AMAZING!!!

Turned out good. I used the mayo and also added 1/3 cup of ranch dressing. I also used taco sauce, not hot sauce. Make sure potatoes are cut no bigger than 1/4in squares. Cooking times as per instructions it didn't dry out.

Yes was perfect whole family loved it, i didn't have any hot sauce so I used Cayenne pepper taste delicious.
