- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and divide it into 7-10 loaves of desired size.
- Place the balls on a parchment paper and let rise for 40 minutes (covered with a damp cloth). Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Bake the loaves (depending on size) for 17 to 25 minutes.
