- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch salt (plus more to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves
- 2 Heirloom tomatoes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 avocados (large)
- 1 cucumber (small)
- 3 heads baby romaine (Little Gems lettuce)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. flaky sea salt (for salad)
- 1 cup feta cheese (brick)
- 2 tsp. coriander seeds
- 2 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds

It was great but I did substitute the feta cheese for mozzarella don’t like feta.

Omg!!!!! I did it. The dressing was my favorite and I couldn't stop eating it. I also served it with salmon and it complimented each other so well.

Love this video. Steps were paced well and easy to follow.Salad is great! This may be my go to salad.
