  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch salt (plus more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 avocados (large)
  • 1 cucumber (small)
  • 3 heads baby romaine (Little Gems lettuce)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt (for salad)
  • 1 cup feta cheese (brick)
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds

    Omg!!!!! I did it. The dressing was my favorite and I couldn't stop eating it. I also served it with salmon and it complimented each other so well.
