- 1 container cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1 box jello (lime)
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts, optional)

I made it with a Thanksgiving twist and it came out delicious! I used sugar free raspberry gelatin with the cottage cheese and a can of whole cranberry sauce with a can of crushed pineapple before I folded in the whipped cream. Cool and delicious!

Very good. I used cherry jello and fruit cocktail instead of the pineapple.
