Horrible, it was brown and tasted like dried lime
I made it with 14% fat coconut milk, and the consistency of the ice cream turned out to be partially like a slushy. Whilst that may be entirely my fault, I'd appreciate a link to an explanation of the no churn method in the recipe, for I wasn't sure which instructions exactly to follow; I got confused. Other than that, it's a nice recipe, but beware: the ice cream melts super fast!
