- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place the drumsticks in a large mixing bowl and season with the salt and pepper. Zest the lemon over the chicken, then cut the lemon in half and squeeze in the juice. Sprinkle the grated garlic and the Italian seasoning over the chicken. Turn the drumsticks several times with a rubber spatula to thoroughly coat them in the lemon and herbs.

If you have an older stove leave in for about an hour and then broil for 5 - 7 mins didn’t actually use all the seasoning . Leaned more towards the lemon part of the recipe. Added lemon pepper seasoning as well

Very tasty. I used a lime. Hand it on hand. I made drums and boneless chicken breast. Better half prefers white meat. Will make again.

turne out great, very tasty and moist. I used chiken thighs , justas good. I added onion, mushrooms andtomato,delicious,! at least Ithought so, my family is pretty picky!! andvery holding back with any compliments? Ialso tried the Granny,s cake that was p good ! Thank youk goodfood, wish I had etter company and maybe a glass of vino totopit of with, but beggars cant be choosers!

It is pretty good but i prefer my thighs softer and this recipe didn't really give me that like some others do. really good nonetheless x
