    After reading many recipes, and whether to par cook the broccoli or not, I chose this recipe. Not cooking the broccoli was a great choice. It was crunchy, the dried cranberries provided the right amount of sweetness, and the tang of yogurt and vinegar were perfect!

    Excellent! My husband doesn't normally eat raw broccoli (i steamed mine for 2 mins in the mic) - he devoured this salad!!
