Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hellmann's or best foods low fat mayonnaise dressing
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney (chopped (optional))
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (diced, about 12 oz)
  • 1/2 cup red grapes
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 2 tablespoons red onion (finely chopped)

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing with mango chutney. Add remaining ingredients. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Serve, if desired, on lettuce and garnish with toasted sliced almonds. Chill, if desired.

I didn't use mango and used avocado instead. Also with all my Hellmans recipes I use the LIGHT mayo. Not low fat, huge difference for some reason with taste! Came out great!
