This recipe for Light Orange Cake is perfect for a Sunday dinner with friends, or a hot summer backyard barbecue. It takes 75 minutes to prepare this succulent sweet treat. Ingredients

  • 3 orange (organic unpeeled)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 90 grams sugar

Directions

  1. 1Wrap the oranges in plastic and put them in boiling water for 30 minutes.
  2. 2Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  3. 3Remove the plastic and mix the whole oranges with 5 eggs in a food processor.
  4. 4Add flour and sugar, and mix until well incorporated.
  5. 5Pour into a flexible baking dish and bake for 40 minutes in a water bath.
  6. 6Serve warm or cold.
