Ingredients

1 serving
1/5 red cabbage
1/5 savoy cabbage
2 slices beets
2 slices bread (homemade)
4 teaspoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil (with basil and tomato flavor)
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
black sesame seeds (to taste)
parsley (to taste)

Directions

1Cut the cabbage in very thin slices and the beets in thin strips, mix with olive oil and rice vinegar. Let stand for a few minutes while cutting the slices of bread and slightly toasting them. After the bread is toasted, brush with olive oil with a brush and begin to assemble the salad.
2Add the cabbage and beets, then the cream cheese, parsley, and sesame seeds. Sprinkle with olive oil.
