Ingredients

  • 1/4 purple cabbage
  • 1/4 savoy cabbage
  • 2 slices beet
  • 2 slices bread (homemade)
  • 4 teaspoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (with basil and tomato flavor)
  • 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • black sesame seeds (to taste)
  • parsley (to taste)

Directions
