- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)

- 1/4 cup broth (to cook)
- 1 jar crushed tomatoes (18.3oz or about 2 1/4 cups Jovial Foods Organic)
- 2 cups lentils (cooked)
- 1 cup broth
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. flour (Jovial Foods Organic Einkorn Whole Grain, or as needed to thicken)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin (1/2–)
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt (fine pink)
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- black pepper (Fresh, to taste)
- 12 oz. penne rigate (Jovial Foods Organic Whole Grain Einkorn, or pasta of choice)
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- greens (Fresh, I like baby kale, spinach & arugula)
- avocado
- paprika
- nutritional yeast (to top!)
