  • 3/4 cup coconut (shredded or dessicated)
  • 125 grams butter (softened, almost melted)
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 4 lemons (medium)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups cream (whipped)
  • 400 grams mangoes (tins, drained.)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatine (or use Agar-Agar if you are vegetarian)
  • 1/3 cup water (boiled)
  • 1 mango (fresh, peeled and thinly sliced)
