I used this recipe as inspiration for my dinner tonight. I added lentils and omitted the breadcrumbs. I enjoyed this recipe. It was simple to make and tasty. I'll consider making it again the next time I have fava beans on hand.

This was absolutely amazing!!! I added my own shiitake bread crumb to the Italian bread crumbs it called for. The lemon in here is such a tangy touch ~ VERY delicious!

Love fava beans - and garlic and lemon (and mushrooms, of course)! Served it over soft pasta (a cardinal sin, I know, but I can't stand al dente pasta) with plain roasted Brussels sprouts and simple pan fried fish with lemon and garlic.
