This was a very nice recipe and easy to make as well! I doubled all the ingredients cause we were 4 people and it turned out very well! Very nice combination with the honey and lemon, but you might want to cook the chicken a little shorter if your’e using smaller cuts of chicken. Overall a very nice recipe!

This chicken was so light and flavorful. We didn't have lavender so we used some herbes de provence which has lavender in it, and the flavor still came through nicely. I went back for a second spoonful of the sauce and put some on the asparagus we served on the side. Delicious!

The lavender added a very mellow and relaxing floral aroma and taste. The honey is a must because it adds I slight sweetness and helps keep the chicken moist. 5 Stars!
